Wesndesday Zoom Slow Flow
This 60 minute vinyasa class meets once a week on Zoom. A slow flow that will get you out of your head and into your body and breath. A class open for all levels, we will slowly build and gradually grow in our practice together. The class sequences blend physical alignment and strength in a fluid rhythm and elements of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga philosophy are weaved in throughout the class. A safe space and an experience that will help you quiet the mind, relax, and rejuvenate.
Meeting time: 4-5pm EST
