Tuesday Zoom Class
The 75-minute vinyasa yoga class meets once a week on Zoom. The dynamic class sequences blend physical alignment and strength in a fluid rhythm and elements of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga philosophy are weaved in throughout the class. A safe space and an experience that will help you connect with your body and your breath, quiet the mind, relax, and rejuvenate.
